Jen Kalbas

Jen is a 16 year veteran of the fitness industry.  She has helped hundreds of people discover the joys of healthy living.  When she isn't with clients, this 44-year-old mom and spouse is busy juggling life with her 2 boys, and husband, Jay.

My passion is helping others learn how to care for and nourish their physical wellbeing. There's a lot of conflicting and confusing information out there about fitness and nutrition, causing us to feel overwhelmed about what's even "allowed" or where to start.  Here's the thing:  there are many ways to be healthy, and the best way is the one that falls in line with your preferences and personal goals.  I want to help people make choices that are right for them, leading them to long-term success.  This isn't about restricting entire food groups or yelling at someone to give me '5 more'.  It's about encouraging the people I work with, sharing evidence-based training and nutrition information, and enabling them to see they already have what it takes to be healthy and fit.  Together, we will find the right key to unlock all that potential.
