In-Person Coaching

Personalized attention & feedback from Jen in 50-min training sessions. This package includes weight lifting and cardio, and nutrition and healthy lifestyle education. All are customized to your unique goals and needs. 

Where: 

Two to three weekly meetings KPT Fit Solutions' private studios in Lawrence, KS, plus additional support via online app.

Why:

Learn in real time from Jen as you go through exercises together.  Get Jen's immediate feedback and adjustments during workouts, maximizing your gains in less time.  

Zoom Coaching
(1:1 or Groups of 2)

What:

Personalized attention & feedback from Jen in 50-min training sessions via Zoom. This package includes weight lifting and cardio, and nutrition and healthy lifestyle education. All are customized to your unique goals and needs. 

Where:

In the comfort of your own home, plus additional support via online app.

What you need: 

A mat, stability ball, hand weights, bands, bench or step and foam roller or massage ball.

Why:

Get the benefits of learning in real time from Jen as you go through exercises together from anywhere in the world.  No need to worry about drive times, crowded gyms, or lack of privacy.

Online Zumba Lesson

Coaching

What:

This package includes customized physical fitness, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching. Resistance, cardio, flexibility, nutrition, and lifestyle programs are delivered to clients via online app. Video examples of exercises are given. Bi-weekly check-ins via Zoom are included.

Where:

In the comfort of your own home or local gym.

What you need:

A mat, stability ball, hand weights, bands, bench or step, and a foam roller or massage ball.

Why:

Online remote programming gives you the flexibility to navigate your new-found healthy lifestyle around the day-to-day business of life.
